Grusy, Vice President for Strategic Partnerships, this tour will consider the exhibition through a fundraising lens, and in particular, discuss strategies for securing corporate sponsorship.

About Margot Norton
Margot Norton is Curator at the New Museum. She joined the Museum in 2011 as Assistant Curator, and in the past seven years has worked on a number of exhibitions, curating and co- curating presentations by Judith Bernstein, Pia Camil, Sarah Charlesworth, Roberto Cuoghi, Ragnar Kjartansson, Chris Ofili, Goshka Macuga, Nathaniel Mellors, Laure Prouvost, Pipilotti Rist, Anri Sala, Kaari Upson, and Erika Vogt. She was named Associate Curator in 2015, and Curator in 2017. Norton has played an important role in the organization, research, and execution of significant group exhibitions including “The Keeper,” “Here and Elsewhere,” and “NYC 1993: Experimental Jet Set, Trash and No Star.” Norton recently co-curated the first American survey of Sarah Lucas, on view from September 26, 2018–January 20, 2019 at the New Museum. Before joining the New Museum, Norton was a curatorial assistant at the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York. In October 2017, she curated “Sequences VIII: Elastic Hours,” the eighth Sequences Real Time Art Festival in Reykjavik, Iceland. She has contributed to and edited numerous publications and exhibition catalogues, and regularly lectures on contemporary art and curating. She holds a MA in Curatorial Studies from Columbia University, New York.
About Regan L. Grusy
Regan L. Grusy is the recently appointed Vice President for Strategic Partnerships at the New Museum, where she works with the board, director, and senior team to develop new platforms that support the Museum’s mission. Regan worked at the New Museum for nearly a decade, first as Director of Development from 2006 to 2010, and then as Associate Director and Director of Institutional Advancement from 2010 to 2015. Prior to her return to the New Museum, Regan served as Chief of Staff at The Costume Institute, where she worked with Andrew Bolton, Curator in Charge, to develop and execute the department’s strategic priorities. She previously led development efforts at Lower Manhattan Cultural Council and Exit Art. She serves as president of the board of Triple Canopy, and holds an MA in arts administration from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BA in studio art from Beloit College.
