Join Sandy Pierre, Brand Partnership & Event Curator, as she shares her experience in transitioning from one workplace to another, what a healthy work environment entails, and on doing whats best for you and your career journey.

Sandy Pierre is a Brooklyn native, with a degree in Media & Communications. She has worked in brand marketing throughout the media & entertainment industry for the past 7 years, working with companies like Bad Boy, Ciroc, Target, VH1, L'Oréal, P&G, etc. In her past role at Hearst Magazine, her focus was managing marketing programs for our top client advertisers. She was also the founder of Hearst Magazines first Affinity Group, Hearst Black Culture, which was created to provide a safe space for Black employees, and amplify our voices through storytelling, advocacy, recruitment, and community engagement. Currently, she is the Branded Execution Specialist at Unbothered where she manages the creative and execution for all brand partnerships, through social, video, and editorial. Aside from her 9-5, she has an event curating company called Secure My Brand. She helps small businesses promote their brands through activations, brand partnerships, and marketing, and has partnered with brands like Bumble, Shea Moisture, Remy, & Hennessy.
