Join us for a 3-part skill building series towards a successful job search or to strengthen a current position.

Part I: Learn the six distinct steps of a complete and successful job search. Even if you are not looking for a new job, knowing these steps and applying them to your current role can strengthen your value proposition. The six steps include: Identifying your Target; Creating your Marketing Campaign; Researching; Networking & Interviewing; Staying Motivated, Organized and Troubleshooting Your Search; Negotiating & Closing the Offer

Part II: In the second workshop, participants will focus on negotiations and closing the offer and negotiating responsibilities during difficult economic times, i.e. scope of work, promotions, management opportunities and more. Examples will be shared and strategies discussed.

Part III: In the third workshop, participants will focus on networking and interviewing: the more you network, the more you’ll interview. Strategies will include how to contact and leverage your network and how to prepare for a meeting or interview.

This series will be led by Connie Thanasoulis-Cerrachio, Co-Founder of SixFigureStart® Career Coaching.
